Looking for experienced programmer to create an EA

I would like to make a robot without any indicators.  it will work like this: for example at 10 am I turn on the robot, and it automatically places the order, for example the price is at 1100 the robot will leave a pending buy order at 1200 and a sell order at 1000, when the price arrives at the order for example buy at 1200 , will leave another buy order at 1300 for every 100 points it goes up it takes a buy order and leaves a sell order below with a difference of 100 points too , example the price is at 1200 and the purchase order has been placed , if the price drops to 1100 it will close with a loss the purchase order and automatically make a sale at 1100 and if it drops to 1000 it closes the sales order with the profit and it already opens another sell order at 1,000 and so it goes down to 0.900 it closes the order with the profit and already makes another sell order , if the price goes up 100 points it closes the order with a loss and already makes the purchase … in short, you have to place a pending purchase order  and sell with a distance of 100 points for example.  the problem is that I can't do this manually because when the price goes up or down too fast in retractions for example, sometimes the price quickly moves up 200 points and down 200 points very quickly and I can't manually put the orders in that time frame... I believe a robot can
