Fully automated EA required (mq4 file needed) based on candle sticks (body of candlestick only)

thanks for looking at my brief.

I am looking for a Snr Dev that is able to create a fully automated EA based on this strategy below (more information will be disclosed to the winning bidder).

Please do not apply if you are keen on experimenting with my brief or unable to code this strategy below.

- The trading condition is based on a candlestick body

- Let's take the 4h chart for example of EURUSD - if the body of the current forming candlestick exceeds the size of the previous already formed candlestick by 50%, then an automated market order will be placed with that trend direction (buy or sell). 

- SL can be static, i.e. 30 pips away

- The TP must be dynamic - TP must occur once the current candle has been fully formed /closed price - (could also say if trading the 4h chart, then trade closed at 04.00h, 08.00h, 12.00h, 16.00h etc. ) if trading the 1H chart, then at each and every full hour GMT, daily chart trading should be possible too

- Additional settings needed: weekdays of trading, % auto lot size (true/false), static lot size, use trailing (true/false), Magic No.
