Fix the issue of sending order to binance in the provided code

Hello

I have a code in mq5 version witch is about sending order to binance api, but the issue is that it returns error 2010, witch is "Account has insufficient balance for requested action"

the code is ready and it just needs a small modification and fixing the issue

i want a developer who already developed api binance and fully know about the above problem and can solve the issue
