Create A Fast Execute Trade Copier MT4 > MT4 (Local VPS)

I need to create a simple fast execute Trade Copier for MT4 to MT4 , it will copy all trades, TP, SL, BE from Master Account to Slave account within the same local computer or VPS.

1).One Master Account to Multiple Slave Account.

2).Slave Account allowed to choose fixed lot size.

3).When Master Account make the adjustment on TP or SL, the Slave Accounts will be copy instantly.

4).The Master Account will be open up to 28 trades at the same time, so the Slave Account have to execute all trades as fast as possible.

5).The most *** IMPORTANT *** DO NOT HAVE ANY COMMENTARY IN THE COMMENT AREA(empty in the comment Slave Accounts).
