Fibo buffer arrows with time and bollinger bands filter

Hello i would like to have this fibo indicator modified or you can make your own fibonacci if that is simple for you.

three things will be done

1-  whenever red candle closes below fibonacci levels give me up arrow with a buffer below the candle that crossed the level and vice versa

whenever green candle closes above fibonacci levels give me down arrow with a buffer above the candle that crossed the level.

for down arrows level 100 must be below the candles

For up down arrows level 100 must be above the candles

2- add on inputs option to filter arrows with bollinger bands , let me turn on and turn off the filter on inputt,

A) whenever the red candle closes below both lower bollinger band and a fibo level give me and UP arrow with a buffer

B) and vice versa whenever a green candle closes above both fibonacci level AND the upper bollinger bands give me a Sell arrow with a buffer

3- Add time filter show indicator arrows only on specific minutes on each hour.

fibonacci source file is included in the attachments, or you can make your own one that counts the last 30 minutes .
