Creating EA in MQL5

Hello. I am looking for somebody who can create a perfect equity curve EA in BackTest. 

EA is not doing martingale. 

Trading entry is based on RSI and other oscillators to identify trades. I will send the rules. 

This EA includes manual date and time filter to remove losing trades trades to create nice looking equity curve. 

Features:

- Fixed lotsize 

-Autolot: True/False

-Equity Risk % - IF autolot, this is lot if EA hit SL

- counterTrend, trendfollowing or Both.(

-Buy Only=true of false

-Sell only=True or false

-Add trailing Stoploss(start,stop,step)

-Add time Filter- outside this time no trade. Monday-Friaday. add time start and time end. 

-Add News Filter-No trade during specified time before or after news. 

-Spread Filter: over this value, no trade.
