Put the Indicator into EA

My EA works with an external indicator, I would like to include it inside the EA code without having to put the indicator in the mt5 folder

I have the EA and indicator in code

so you just need to put the indicator code inside the EA code. 

The EA will have to pass the mt5 test to add it to the marketplace
