Convert cAlgo trading bot to mql4 EA.

I have a cTrader bot I would like to be converted to MT4 EA. The bot opens a trade based on engulfing candle pattern, RSI value and EMA. The bot also has relatively standard money management settings. The SL is based on the engulfing candle size. The TP is based on risk/reward ratio and is a multiplier of the SL. The bot has also partial TP settings with moving the SL to the entry point/previous TP level. Adding any additional standard settings usually present in a typical EA would be welcomed. I will provide the cAlgo bot.
