Install SuperTrend Filter in working EA

I have developed a simple expert in MQL5 based on analyzing Heikin Ashi candles that is working well on US30, H1.

I would like to improve it by adding a SuperTrend Filter:

Trades shall only be opened if the SuperTrend is in the right direction.

I will supply the code for the SuperTrend Indicator and EA.  

I want the Supertrend be checked on 2 timeframes: current TF and one higher. 

Input Settings will be: 

SuperTrend Filter  ON/OFF

TF Filter 1 OFF / M15 / M30 / H1 / D / W

TF Filter 1 OFF / M15 / M30 / H1 / D / W
