An Indicator Based on Timeframe Highs and Lows

Hello. Just want to have an indicator that captures the highest and lowest point of the H1 timeframe. This will be indicated thru a horizontal line. Color is as I will specify.
Then will do the same to capture also H4, D1, and W1 timeframe. 

So in a chart, I would like to see 8 horizontal lines.
2 for the High and Low of H1 timeframe as per yesterday.

2 for the High and Low of H4 timeframe as per last week.

2 for the High and Low of D1 timeframe as per last month.

and finally, 2 for the High and Low of W1 timeframe, as per last year.

Also, please include ATR reading maybe on the top right corner of the chart.

If I would draw a box for example in H1 timeframe of a chart, the same drawing should also be seen as I change timeframe. I dont know what would that call but please ask me should you have questions.
