Please help to convert Thinkscript to MQL5

I have a Thinkscript strategy using custom indicators and would like to replicate the same in MQL5.

The Thinkscript attached does not incoporate one other part of my desired strategy and that is to plot and use the values of an Anchored Volume Profile, specifically the Volume Point of Control (VPOC), Value Area High (VAH) and Value Area Low (VAL). I would want to use these values as part of my Conditions and thereafter for my Orders.
