MT4 - Custom Trending Indicator

I'm looking for a custom MT4 indicator that will eventually turn into an EA, but want to take one step at a time. For phase 1, I need the indicator's settings to allow me to select a specific timeframe to monitor regardless of what timeframe is selected on the console.

I need the indicator to look at the previously closed candle and see if the previously closed full candle closes above a (configurable number) of pips. If so, did the immediate next candle also close in the same direction. If so, then send an alert with the currency pair. This can work for both upward and downward trends. For example, in the 1-hour chart, a candle closes upward with 250 pips (configurable in the indicator settings) from the start of the hour to the end of the hour, and the next immediate candle closes with upward 15 pips (also configurable in the settings), from the start of the hour to the end of the hour, the indicator would send an alert. Same for the downside, for example, a candle closes with 230 pips down and the next candle closes 20 pips down would send an alert. The alert must include the currency pair triggering the alert. If the two candles are not going in the same direction, (first candle closes up 250 pips but next candle closes down 15 pips) or the candles don’t close with the above number of configurable pip settings, then no alert is issued.
