Looking for some how to  run my indicator at a set interval, eg when candle open /or closes etc

So every time the candle closes this will trigger my Other indicator to run once until the next candle closes and it will trigger my indicator to run again and so on 

needs to be able to run on different timeframes

open to ideas for placing a time limit for the indicator to keep activating like the option to run it for so many hours then stop activating the other Indicator from running
