4H period shifter

Hello,

I am looking for an indicator or script that will create different 4 hours period charts. That means that first chart for taken currency will open GMT+0, second at GMT+1, third GMT+2, fourth GMT+3 (or just broker server time +1,2,3 hours.) These charts will of course update live as the market goes on. So I dont need custom period, I just need 4h time charts that will cover all 4h period possiblitities according to the time spectrum.
