Simple SMA x MACD x Indicator needed.

I need a simple indicator to show buy and sell signals with the following specifications

1. The indicators needed are:

1A. 3 Simple moving averages, each settable on the settings tab.

SM1 - Fast Simple moving average

        SM2 - Mid Simple moving average

        SM3 - Slow Simple moving average

1B. Parabolic SAR with values settable on the settings tab.

1C. MACD with the 3 values settable on the settings tab.

1D. Exponential moving average with the value settable in the settings tab.

2. Determination of Buy or Sell signal

BUY Signal when the following conditions are met

2A1. When SMA1 CROSSES above SMA2 AND both SMA1 and SMA2 are above SMA3

AND

2A2. The MACD is above the signal line

AND

2A3. The current candle low is above the EMA. NOTE THAT THIS CONDITION CAN BE TURNED ON AND OFF FROMT HE SETTINGS TAB (USE EMA/YES OR NO)

AND

2A4. The SAR is below the current price

SELL Signal when the following conditions are met

2B1. When SMA1 CROSSES below SMA2 AND both SMA1 and SMA2 are below SMA3

AND

2B2. The MACD is below the signal line

AND

2B3. The current candle high is below the EMA. NOTE THAT THIS CONDITION CAN BE TURNED ON AND OFF FROMT HE SETTINGS TAB (USE EMA/YES OR NO)

AND

2B4. The SAR is above the current price

3. Signal Display

3A. For BUY signal, show GREEN arrow

3B. For SELL signal, Show RED arrow. 

3C. Arrow size should be big enough.
