EA based on MACD required

Hi you brilliant coders out there!

I have dealt with the MACD to some extent and need an indicator/EA for it.

I have put together the additional considerations that are important to me in the appendix.

Who has the know-how and the capacity to program a correct indicator/EA on MT4 and MT5 based on the enclosed considerations?
