Help me create simple robot using MACD Traditional and Moving Average

I need help create a robot using MACD Traditional and Moving Average indicator combine. 

The strategy is simple using 15Mn chart time, 

If MACD crossing above moving average, place a buy, -> stop lose +100pip , take profit +200 pip

if MACD crossing below moving average, place a sell  -> stop lose +100 pip , take profit +200 pip

Starting volume from 0.01, if lose increase --> 0.02 if lose 0.03 if lose 0.04 if lose 0.05 if win decrease 2 time --from 0.05 to 0.03 --> 0.01
