Stddev Channel Alerts

Hi,

I would like to order indicator which will send me alerts about touching stdev channel.
Important point is that I set time (visually set is prefered) where calculation begins. When the price calculated in future hit channel the alert begins, so the channel is being calculated every time after new candle.
Very important thing is that the alarm should be triggered only when actual price touches actual calculation of stddev channel (or last candle calculatiuons), no past calcualtions or future channel set, only actual stddev calculations and actual price.
I would like to set 4 user predefinied deviations in one channel (like 0.5 , 1 , 1.5 , 2) in one indicator that alerts, and style of lines.
I would like to recieve information about color of channel, timeframe, instrument name, deviation crossing and presonal message.
It is preffered to trigger alert directly after prices hits channel, no after candle closes.
It is essentional to cancel alerts for elective peroid of time before alert triggers on definied time frame / or option to trigger all time when price hits channel.
(for example before alert occours on 4h chart time frame 1.5 stddev -> I would like to cancel alerts on 1.5 stddev for 8 hours.
before alert occours on 15 min chart 1 stddev-> I would like to cancel alerts on 1,5 stddev for 1 hour.)

That is most of reqirements if not all,
Payment after succesful tests. I have beed cheated by one freelancer and won't make that mistake ever earlier with freezeing money, waiting months etc.
