MA CROSS ARROW with a catch.

I need an arrow indicator that is triggered by a simple cross of two different EMA, fast and slow (the EMA value needs to be adjustable). So every time they cross a signal will show, an arrow up for buy or down for sell.

Fast EMA cross Slow EMA from below= Down Arrow should appear above the current candle where the cross happened ->this will be the Sell signal candle  

Fast EMA cross Slow EMA from Above= Up Arrow should appear below the current candle where the cross happened ->this will be the Buy signal candle

Easy right? but here's the challenging part:

A successful buy trade for me would be if the close of fifth candle after the buy signal candle is higher than the close of the signal candle, and a successful sell trade is if the close of the fifth candle after the sell signal candle is lower than the close of the signal candle.

If this did not happen, it would be considered a  loss trade.. in my observations after a minimum of THREE consecutive loss trades usually the following signals will be a winner for this strategy. 

So with that said, what i specifically need is for the arrow to only show after a minimum of THREE consecutive loss trades. Using Buffer 0 as up arrow and Buffer 1 as arrow down. 

Please set the default fast EMA = 8 , and the slow EMA = 12 --> both value needs to be adjustable.
