Expert Advisor/Script to automatically enter trades at a given entry if stop loss is hit

I need a very simple expert advisor/script

Which will automatically enter a trade at a given entry price
the TP and SL prices are automated
If the SL is hit, the exact same trade is automatically re opened if the entry is hit again by the price (and only if price action is going in the direction of the trade eg. bullish hit of entry price in a long position 
the trading robot needs to allow me to set the start time date and end time date for the robot to operate on 
an easy setting of stop loss, take profit and entry prices.
