Inside Bar EA

I need a simple inside bar EA with:

1) two SL/TP options:

1.1) fixed SL/TP from entry

1.2) SL at the low of the inside bar with 1:2 and 1:1 RR

2) time filter (to start and close opened positions)

3) 1 moving average as filter

**Please, make SL and TP in 'tick', so I could work on many markets(future, stocks, etc)

rules:

1) So when an inside bar is formed I want the EA place a buy stop and a sell stop order 1 tick above the high and 1 tick below the low with their respective SL/TP. If the buy order gets hit first then the sell order should be cancelled, vice-versa.

2) if another inside bar is formed inside an inside bar, the first one should be considered to place the orders, no matter how many inside bars appears inside the first one. The order should be there waiting to be hit.
