Copy Trader for Bitcoin and Crypto currencies on my Binance trading terminal account

I am trading Bitcoin and Crypto currencies and am looking for a developer who can create a copy trader for my Binance exchange account.

1) Copy the same trades thru' my API connection from my account to my clients who are connected to my trading account on the same % proportional from my account to the clients terminal account - Copy trader

Example. If i have 0.1 BTC on my trading account and i open a trade but my client may have 1BTC in their account.

The copy trader should open the same % proportional to my trade in the clients balance of account, in this case it should open a trade 10 times of my account in the clients account.

2) Create a payment system so that when there is a profit taken from a closed trade in the client account it pay me a set % commission from the profits into my trading account.
