Spécifications
Given CSV files of quotes in the standard format:
2018.10.10,16:00,1.15022,1.15227,1.15011,1.15189,48522018.10.10,17:00,1.15183,1.15338,1.15183,1.15334,5222
...
that are all stored in a custom folder C... \AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\...\Files\Inst_Quotes, I need a script\indicator (whichever is best suited) that plots these candles twice per second. It should ask the name of the file to plot on the input dialogue, for example EURUSDxyz.csv.
