Simple Candle Based Robot / EA Need

Hi developer, i need a EA which work on any kind of time frame. It'll calculated every candle which created from mt4 chart. 
Every candle we get O H L C price. 
Now If EA seem any Engulf candle appear on chart like this, 

After create any engulf candle like above image EA should open Pending Limit order base on Engulf candle type. 
It means, if engulf candle is bearish then EA will open Sell limit order & if engulf candle is bullish then EA will open Buy limit order. 

Now question is where EA open pending limit orders after create a engulf candle on chart....

Exact like above image EA will create Straight Trendline on those mentioned price area.
Those line never ever vanish from chart but if we manually delete any line from chart then it'll be gone. But after refreshing the same chart previous line will be in chart. Keep it on mind, those line we need to see as like example image.
Cause if you use extended line then it'll "Garbage The Chart". 
After creating those line EA will be place only "Limit Pending Order" on direction of engulf candle. 

Now what about the lot sizing...
Here we have 2 lot option to open orders from EA.
#1 Default Lot Size:-  Example we put in EA input menu 0.10, So EA will be place .10 vol trade each.
#2 Splitted Lot Size:- Example we put in EA input menu 0.10, So EA will be place 0.03 1st limit order=> 0.03 2nd Limit Order => 0.02 3rd Limit Order => 0.02 4th Limit Order

What about the TP & SL...
Yes in EA input menu we have TP SL value area, where we easily set the TP & SL as well.

EA will work on strategy tester?
Yes absolutely it'll work on strategy tester as like live chart.
