An EA support for stoploss placing and trailing stop to all open orders

Hello,

i'm manual trader, i would like to find an EA which support for stoploss placing whenever new order opened and manage all opened orders (for all symbol and time frame in trading account) base on rules below:

- recognize when new order opened and place a stoploss for this with value of stoploss at the lowest price of nearest completed bar -0.5 pip for buy order, at the highest price of nearest completed bar +1 pip for sell order (symbol and time frame at opening window of MT4).

- trailing stop to all open orders with rule: when new bar starting, move stoploss to the lowest price of nearest completed bar -0.5 pip for buy order, to the highest price of nearest completed bar +1 pip for sell order (symbol and time frame at choosen before when order been opened).

For example: when new order buy is opened in window of EUR/USD at M15 time frame then a stoploss will be placed at the lowest price of nearest completed bar of M15 -0.5 pip. When M15 bar completed, new M15 bar starting move stoploss to the lowest price of completed M15 bar -0.5 pip.

incase i use VPS to put EA there, i don't know if there is anyway to define time frame for new order i place and if i use mobile MT4 to open a new order, how could EA define time frame for that due to i will trade in several time frame the entry of order will decide after bar completed in time frame choosen. Could any solution for this? thank you.
