BUY/SELL Hotkeys

I am wondering how much would it cost to create EA (I guess) having two key elements:

Buy/Sell stop/limit order placed on the chart after pressing corresponding letter on a keyboard. (e.g. Ctrl+Q for Buy order and Ctrl+A for Sell order). 

- Position size should be automatically calculated based on a range of a previous candle +  additional amount of pips added above previous candle high (for buy order). Additional amount of pips is important because I don't won't to enter the market before current candle went higher than closed candle. (e.g. I have a broker with fixed spread of 0,5 point - In this case I would set my buy order 0,51 points higher than previous candle high). 

- SL (optional) should be set automatically bellow previous candle + desired amount of pips. 

- TP not needed.
