EA Using the Ultra-Signal Indicator

I would like an EA created from the "Ultra-Signal" indicator where a long position is opened one bar after the dot turn blue and a short position is open one dot after the indicator turns red. I would also like to have the option to delay the opening of the position by 2 or more changing dots. To close the position, I would like the EA to close the position when the opposite happens (blue turns red to close a long and red turns blue to close a short position). Finally, I would like it to only allow one position open at any time and I would like the option to add a TP and SL. I also need this done quick in the next 2-hrs. Thank you.
