Hourly pips volatility histogram

looking for a histogram to go in window at bottom of chart that:

1. plots historical pips volatility

2. shows #pips for each hour

3. collects data from mt4 with variable timeframe (will probably set to all mt4 history available)

4. need hourly data that I will use on a 15min chart. occasionally will use hourly chart but mostly 15min

5. need to be able to use on forex pairs & CFDs available (anything on marketwatch)

attached is a picture of what I want the histogram to look like (maybe a different color)
