Candle Color Based on Two Moving Averages

Hello,

I am fairly new to MQL4 but have been using the ThinkOrSwim platform for a while. I am looking for a basic candle color display based on two moving averages. For example, a 21 EMA and a 50 EMA. If price prints above the 21 period EMA, it paints green (or whatever color chosen). If it prints below the 50 period EMA it paints red. If price prints between the two, it shows as gray. I would need for the entire candle to match the color.

Also, I would like the option to display the area between the two MA's with a cloud, and be able to toggle the MA cloud on or off.

I was able to do this in ThinkScript, but I am new to MQL4 and just don't have the time. I have attached screenshots of what I have set up in TOS as an example, using the 34 EMA (high) and 34 EMA (low) MA's, both with and without the MA cloud.
