Custom dynamic support and resistance line and zones(clusters) indicator MT5

Firstly, I would really appreciate if developers respond to this project if you can complete the job and within the stated time. So, if you are loaded, I will probably not use you to complete this job.

I hope to find a good match for this job, and myself. We will be discussing some details and coder is willing to collaborate and discuss problem solving, patient, detailed and organized. When finished, I need this indicator delivered with the source code and to be easily understood by other programmers in case I need updates or additions made in the future, and the original programmer is not available to perform the work. **This is very important

To add, you must know how to develop dynamic support and resistance line and zones(clusters) indicator and using  combined multiple time frames (eg. 5m, 15m, 4H). I will discuss further project detail with you. 

Additional requirements:

1. Long term relationship (possible continuous projects)
2. Developer needs to be proficient in English in order to understand requirements and answers to questions
3. I’d like to communicate with the programmer directly, not through middle person or some manager
4. Must be very honest, as well as communicative. Responds promptly and in a timely, professional manner 
5. Must be a forex trader himself
6. Easily gets along and displays agility to customer
7. I would like the developer to be available to debug the indicator and ensure it is working to my satisfaction
