Change Time-Filter and Change Order Comment

I need a good coder to change two problems of my expert advisor.

1- Time-Filter. The time filter problem is: For an example, i put in the settings of my EA on option of the time-filter to work from 10:00 to 19:00, the EA opens trades at 10:00 but the problem is he doesnt open more trades after 19:00, don't continue the existing trades. I Want the robot to operate if exist orders, to make the continue of the order. Example: robot opens a trade at 18:48, at 19:00 WILL NOT OPEN NEW ORDERS but have to continue the trades that opens at 18:48. 

2- Order comment. Order comment problem is: I put "HedgeEA" in the order comment option of my EA, the executable trader, the first one, opens with exactly the order comment i putted on the settings but in the pending orders have the comment i put but a lot of digits, likes a magic number or the number of that trade in the broker book. I want only the comment and not the numbers after the comment. I Can send you print-screens of this problem.

This robot operates with a Hedge strategy so the first open trade is executable at the market execution but the other trades is Pending orders.
