1-2-3 Indicator Email notification Heikin Ashi Candles

I need an indicator witch is creating an notifcation when the the following appears. 

Sell: 

-12 EMA < 36 EMA (adaptable)

-(3) or more candles closed bullish (number should be adaptable) 

-If after the bullish candles a bearish candles appears and closes bearish and alert should be triggered. 

Alert message email body EURAUD 15M: 123 formation for SELL is detected. (This means currency pairs, timeframe, Message)

Buy: 

-12 EMA > 36 EMA (adaptable)

-(3) or more candles  closed bearish (number should be adaptable) 

-If after the bearish candles a bullish candles appears and closes bullish and alert should be triggered.

Alert message email body EURAUD 15M: 123 formation for BUY is detected. (This means currency pairs, timeframe, Message)

Please note that the candles are HEIKIN ASHI CANDLES. 

Examples: 

SELL the close of the bearish candle should be trigger a signal(vertical line)

Buy  the close of the bullish candle should be trigger a signal(vertical line)
