Close orders

Hi

I want an EA close my orders according the following

1. close in exit time ex. in 12:00 , 16:00  ,  19:00   
2. Able to repeat closing each 2 or 3 hours
3. Able to close when summation open orders reach 100$
4. Able to close specific orders (summation order 1 ,3,10 equal 50$)
5. Able to close just profit orders or lose orders or all 
6. have magic number
7. can work in specific time and days
8. can add trailing stop
9. Can close Partial 

• 20% for first 30 pips
• 50% for next 50 pips
• 30% for the rest when 150 pips
