Update EA using Break Out / Price Action

Hello, I need an EA that was previously written to be updated with additional information.  I would have used the programmer that originally wrote the program but he does not know how to access buffer and TF for Advanced Currency Strength28 indicator that was purchased on mlq5.  So, the developer will need to be able to know how to access buffer and TF of an indicator available on the market.  The last developer said he could complete the job in 14 days, I provided all the information then he disappeared and never did any work on the EA, and that was 4 weeks ago.  The worst part is that my money was on hold until he decided to cancel the job, which I feel was very selfish and inconsiderate of him.  So, I would really appreciate if you only respond, if you can complete the job and in the stated time. So, if you are loaded, I will probably not use you to complete this EA.

I need the EA to be updated as follows:

1. The EA needs to be able to search for trades on a 15 minute chart in addition to the 5 minute chart it currently searches.

2. The EA needs to confirm the trade using the Advanced Currency Strength28 indicator I purchased on mlq5.  The sample code is available and the developer will need to know how to access buffer and TF in order to include this indicator in the EA.

3. The EA will enter the trade on the opening of the next candle with a 30 pip target and a 30 pip trailing stop loss using trailing step keep distance.

4. If the trade breaks two resistance lines, close the trade.

5. From  https://www.forexfactory.com/calendar.php?day=today in the EA I would also like the system to get out of the trade 5 minutes before red and orange news.  This also includes situations where a currency is red all day or orange all day, do not trade that currency on that day from Midnight to Midnight.

6. I want the EA not to trade any relevant currency during bank holidays using https://www.forexfactory.com/calendar.php?day=today.  This will be from midnight to midnight.  For example, the EA will not trade US dollars on a US bank holiday from midnight to midnight.

7. I want to include Ronz Auto SL-TS-TP, so that the trading platform does not know my target profit and stop loss.  I have the .mq4 file.

8.  I want to include a profit to lock at various pips, first at 5 pips, then adjust to 6, then adjust to 7, then adjust to 8, then adjust to 9, then adjust to 10, then adjust to 11, and so on, until the trade reverses and the EA closes the trade.  I would like to be able to change the profit to lock amount.

9.  I want the EA the close all open trades at 9:00am on Friday, and be given the option to change this time if I want to.

10. I want to remove this from the EA:  The EA to scan the currency pairs I provided for valid trades and at the present time to only trade 10 currency pairs at a time from the list provided.  If a number of valid trades occur at the same time I want the system to always pick GBPAUD and/or GBPJPY first.  I also want the option to change the number of simultaneous trades entered by the EA.

11. I want the EA to trade 1% of my trading account up to 10% of my trading account balance, for all available valid trades.  In this scenario, I would also like to be able to select the lot size I want the EA to trade in.  I would also like the option to be able to change the % of my trading account and to change the lot size for each trade.  Once the maximum of 10% is met the EA will no longer take trades.  For example, if I have $1,000 in my trading account, I want the EA to trade 10% of my trading account until $100, then do not take any trades until the trades are closed.  Then start taking trades again when trades close and 10% of my trading account is no longer being traded.

12. I want to decide on the max spread for the EA to enter a trade.

13. I want to include all the logic in one file and not have separate files for the My Trade indicator, News indicator, bank holiday indicator and Ronz, if possible. 

14. I do not want the EA to trade after 7:00am on a Friday and I want the option to change this time.

15. I want to be able to state which days of the week not to trade. For example, I might not want to trade on Fridays.

16. When a trade goes in another direction, I want the EA to close the trade.  For example, if I’m in a EURUSD buy trade and the market changes and all the conditions are met for a EURUSD sell trade close the buy trade and enter the sell trade.

17. I would like the developer to be available to debug the EA and ensure it is working to my satisfaction.

18. I want the developer to sign an NDA.

19. I would like to developer to be proficient in English in order to understand requirements and answers to questions.
