Export history to MySQL

Dear colleagues, need an expert which will permanently export trading history to mql database. But information must be updated in database on every tick.  Also you need to provide clear instructions how to implement the system. Because we will do it on many trading platforms. Also need an open source code of an expert.  Is soft will be good there is a chance of permanent cooperation for the future. We will need support and updates.
