Blue Sky Day

I'm looking for an indicator which will alert me of buy and sell opportunities in the crypto market and which could possibly autate trades as well.I have traded using this indicator on tradingview and would like an indicator which works with the same principals as this indicator. The only problem is that the script is not available and I was hoping a developer may have some knowledge of this script and was able to create this to be used on the MT4 platform. I need a developer who has existing knowledge of this script if possible.
