Expert Advisor based on candle(s)

I neeed an Expert Advisor opening positions based on candle(s) , working on all time frames. Example : M5 TF if first candle (wich start 10:00 and close 10:05 ) the close price of candle is higher then open, EA should open buy position (with TakeProfit,TrailnigStopLoss, ability to set TP,TSL) if price go down EA should open next buy position if price droped 7 pips (posibility to set up how many pips) condition to open next trade is - lower price at least 7 pips and closed candle , for example :the price go down and  next candle (wich is closed 10:10 price is lower just 1 - 6,9 pips ea should wait and another candle is closed 10:15 price is lower from 7 pips to 99 pips,  EA should open 2nd position , abilty to set up max. open trades in 1 direction .     And if candle wich start at 10:00 and close at 10:05  the close price of candle is lower then open price , EA should open sell position and if price go up over 7 pips should open next position sell . For this Expert Advisor important is just 1st candle of the new hour - if works on M5 TF ,candle wich close at 09:05,10:05,11:05 etc. and open position with new candle (if open price is equal to close price do nothing) 

And another importent thing for this EA is HEDGE option : EA should open also hedge position, for example : 1st position buy for 0,03 lots, 2nd position buy for 0,05 lots , 3rd position buy for 0,08 lots, 4th position buy for 0,12 and allow EA with 4th position to open sell position e.g 0,28 lots . The ability to set the height of hedge lots e.g 0,28 or ,056 etc. All opened positions in one direction should have  1 common TakeProfit. Also i need option to set up in wich hours (broker time should be ok ) EA can work e.g from 08:00 to 17:00 or 00:00 to 06:00. 

Inputs: Lots Size, Lot Exponent, Lot Decimal, Take Profit, Stop Loss, Trailing Stop Loss,  Pip Step, Magic Number, Slip, Max.Open Trades in one direction.

Inputs for Hedge : The ability to set the Lot Size for  Hedge  and with wich position Hedge should be open (2nd,3rd,4th, etc) Take Profit, Stop Loss, Trailing Stop Loss.
