Convert MQ4 Scripts to Tradingview Pinescript

Hello, 

I am using the following scripts / indicators with my Metatrader4. Unfortunately, after moving to mac os 10.15 Metatrader is not working anymore. As I prefer tradingview anyway, I decided to let these scripts convert. It is not necessary to convert the scripts 1:1, as the code might be very old and inefficient. I just need the indicators fully working, hopefully in easy to understand and commented code, in my tradingview. There are basically two indicators. One shows a Circle with a 3 and the other indicator shows red or green circles.
