Mt4 to Telegram EA

Hello,

I need an EA that will have the following functions.

1) whenever a trade is opened/modified/closed to send a message to a group or channel.

2) to have the option to add a chart to the message above if enabled in the EA.

3) A permission system to enable users to query, ask, command the EA. (example, no limit on who can check account balance, user X,y,z can check active trades and user A,B,C can open/modify/close trades.)

4) Daily/Weekly/Monthly updates of trades (which pairs got how much pips, and what is the profit/loss for that period) information to be saved in a database to be queried via bot commands.

I will need this EA to be written for MT4, to use the official telegram bot API.
