Convert mq4 to mq5 indicator and build a dashboard

I have mq4 indicator (attached its ex4 - Removed - i will share mq4 when we agree) - the indicator is 200 lines of simple small code. - i want to :

1- convert this indicator from mq4 to mq5 - i share only the ex4 here but mq4 available once we agree.

2- build a dashboard based on this mq5 indicator in MT5.

I have same dashboard but in MT4 (the dashboard i have is working in MT4 based on data collected from Reversal.ex4).

the dashboard i have required some little modification for good coloring/segregation/recoding for smoother faster results.

the idea of the dashboard is : 

I want to build dashboard (with assorting feature) similar to this table : many symbols / multiple timeframes.

- Dashboard will have many currencies and multiple timeframes.
- for each timeframe assigned : will have 2 columns that reflect the status of the indicator in that timeframe : first column shows how many continuous dots appeared (continuous red dots or green dots) and in second column shows if current bar have appeared a dot (green or red).

i need how many continuous dots appeared in a row without interruption of other dot color.

first column : color the cell (red/green) if the candle (c) has a dot.

but second column - i need to know how many continous dots appeared in a row without different dot color come in between.

lets make it like this

If we look at it in sequence as each new dot appears:

red dot - red count = 1

red dot - red count = 2

red dot - red count = 3

red dot - red count = 4

yellow dot - start new count - yellow count = 1

yellow dot - yellow count = 2

yellow dot - yellow count = 3

red dot - start new count - red count = 1

red dot - red count = 2

red dot - red count = 3

yellow dot - start new count - yellow count = 1

yellow dot - yellow count = 2

etc....

again - 1st column it shows if candle (c) appeared a green/red dot.

second column it shows green number / red number that reflects how many continuous green dots/red dots happened in a row without a new red dot/green dot come in to discontinue the sequence.

color the cell if the candle (c) happen to have a green/red dot and write the number of continuous dots that occurred in sequence without interruption of other dot color.
