RSI Max/Min of las X candles

Hi, I need an indicator based in the RSI. I think it is very simple:

It takes the current RSI value and compares it with the RSI value of the last X candles.

If the current RSI value is the highest of the last X candles, it shows an arrow down in the Price chart

If the current RSI value is the lowest of the last X candles, it shows an arrow up in the Price chart.

Of course, in the setup it must give the possibility of changing RSI parameters and also determine the value of X (the number of candles to look back to compare the RSI values with the current one).
