Some work needed with Stoch indicator

Hello world,

I need someone to help me to code this:

Stoch settings (3,3,3)

Levels: 80 and 20

Conditions to give alert:

For buy:

Stoch crossed "Above" or on 80 level, Mark this level on the chart with horizontal line

The market must break this level or zone to the up side with up candles.

give alert when buy conditions met.

For sell:

Stoch crossed "below" or on level 20, mark this level on the chart with horizontal line

The market must break this level to the down side with down candle, break and close.

Give alert when  these sell conditions met 

That's it....  easy.
