Convert six MT5 indicators into MT4

Convert 6 (six) MQL5 indicators into MQL4 file format.

As a result I will check following requirements:

• all files must be in .mql4 format
• all .mql4 files must compile without any type of errors
• all indicators parameters' must match with source MT5 indicators parameters'
• all MT4 indicators' values must match MT5 indicators' values
