MA-Heiken Ashi trading robot required

Hello every one 

I am looking for someone who can make a simple trading robot with the next specifications

the ea will open a long trades only if the price above the MA right after one green heiken ashi bar and close the trade in the first red bar.

and vice versa for the short positions the ea opens short positions only if the price below the MA if a red heiken ashi bar is completed and close the position on the next green heiken ashi bar.

the next parameters required for the EA:

1-specified trading hours: (true/false) allow the ea to trade in a specified trading hours avoiding low volatility hours.

   trading hours: (00:00-00:00) if above set true here will be the period when the ea trading.

2- MA period: here setting the ma period.

3- risk management: it could be a fixed nomber of lots or percentage of the equity.

4-magic number: to keep the ea trading separate from others.
