MT4 problem on Windows server 2016

Oui mon système est à jour
Il n'y a pas d'erreur dans les jounaux windows ni dans le journal MT4, mais ce qui est curieux c'est que le marché est connecté, mes graphes bougent normalement mais je n'ai plus accès à mes outils MT4

Hello everybody,
I've a problem with my connexions on Windows Server 2016, i use this OS because of the stability and we have no updates restart, really great for trading isn't it ?
But when i start MT4, the market is running on the graph, but on the bottom right my statut is "connexion failed" and all my tools are grayed, i can't change timeframe or use any tools.
I can open all the menu "File etc ..." but the tools are blocked. It seems it is due to the Windows server because on my laptop with Windows 7 it work perfectly.
Is someone know how to solve this problem ? Maybe there is something to install if we want to use MT4 on Windows server ?
Someone or Metaquotes can help me please ?
