Want to participant Championship. After the EA is accepted, what shall we do next?

Do I need to open the MT4.0 Terminal using given account ID AND master password to apply the EA and watch the account? or I just leave it there and some one of MetaQuotes will run that Expert Advisor for me

wan to participant in championship. But can not delete the old file
