Each trading account need to sign up VPS individually?

I am trying to run EA on 2 trading accounts, will it require to sign up the VPS on both accounts (same broker)? or one VPS can use for both accounts

I signed up VPS 3 months attached to XM, Can I still use the VPS with other Broker? or switch broker?
