Backtesting After Hours EA Freezes Immediately After First Trade

I'm really confused. My EA runs just fine using Strategy Tester during trading hours. No hangups at all. But after hours when backtesting offline, it has problems. I figured out part of the problem in that the larger spread after hours was interfering with my stop loss and take profit values . Once

Strategy Tester Symbol Drop Down Is Jittery

I have the forex.com version of MT4. and when trying to set the Strategy Tester , I find that the Symbol drop-down is "jittery" in that it keeps updating the list and rebuilding it to the bottom of the list. This makes it hard to select a Symbol higher up on the list because the list keeps updating
