REQUIRED: Indicator/Script/Tool for seeing market condition @ Specific Time

Hi All, My first post in this topic. Apologize me If it is already being asked by someone. My question is that is there any Indicator/Script/Tool that whenever I put Date along with specific time, the crosshair of MT4 automatically direct my cursor/screen to that point. Reagrds
