Markets.com HELP!

Hi, I use markets.com as broker, but can't setup any "copy trades" in my MT4? I connect to mql5 server, but nothing else happens when i try to "copy trades" ? Just the MT4 opens, and nothing more?? Anyone know what i might be doing wrong? Thanks
